If your product arrives damaged or broken, simply email us a photo of the damaged item to support@ethale.com We’ll send you a free replacement—no questions asked.

14-Day “No Results” Money-Back Guarantee

If you don’t see or feel any results after using the product for 14 consecutive days, you’re eligible for a full refund. To qualify:

  • Take a daily photo of your usage.

  • Send a final photo showing at least half the bottle used.

  • Email these photos within 30 days of purchase to support@ethale.com
