Shipping Cost & Transit Times
We offer standard flat-rate shipping across all regions.
For most orders:

Delivery Time: 5–10 business days.
International shipping times may vary based on local customs and carrier delays.
🕐 Note: Estimated delivery time starts once your order has shipped—not when the order is placed.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Once processed, your shipment will be handed off to our carriers for delivery.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to make changes.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll refund the product cost (minus shipping fees).

We are not responsible for lost or destroyed shipments due to address errors.
Helpful Tip: Include your phone number and email during checkout—carriers may use these to contact you in case of delivery issues.
Package Loss or Delays
While package loss is rare, delays can happen—especially for international orders going through customs.

An order will not be considered lost until 35 business days have passed since shipment.

We are unable to issue refunds or reshipments for untracked shipping methods or delays beyond our control.
